Changes
To change your account information - change password, update address and phone number, etc - click Changes under the Manage My Account tab.
- Care Provider Type: Select a value from the drop-down list.
- Username: Must be at least six characters (letters or numbers), and is case sensitive. It will be checked for uniqueness when you click Continue. This is the name you use to login to the MedKaz, the PRM, and the Server.
- Password: Must be at least six characters (letters, numbers, special characters, or punctuation), and is case sensitive. Use this password each tim you login.
- PIN: Must be a four digit number; used as a digital signature confirmation.
- Specialty: Select all options from the drop-down list that apply to your practice. To select an option, click it in the list, then click the icon to add the selection to the Specialty field. Repeat to select additional specialties. To remove a specialty, click it in the list, then click the icon to delete it from the Specialty field.
