MedKaz Date Format
All dates in the MedKaz system use the format mm.dd.yyyy so that 12.31.2010 represents December 31, 2010. A calendar "widget" appears next to all date fields and is a fast and easy way to select and enter dates; click the widget to display a calendar, then click the date to select it:
If you are not sure of a specific date, pick something that is as accurate or representative as possible, If you had your tonsils out in 1967 but don't remember the exact date, pick a date like your birthday or use 01.01.1967.
