Provider's Guide

Providers table

This page is part of the Encounters section. It displays a data table showing information about every visit or encounter you have had with any care provider. Click a column header to sort the table by that column's contents.

Each row represents an encounter with a provider on a specific date. Any notes from that encounter appear in the record indicated by the presence of a paperclip icon. You cannot change the information in a record. You can view the record contents (usually scanned images of the provider's notes) and if necessary you can add an addendum to correct or clarify the record contents..

To view the contents of a record in this table:

1. Click in the row(s) so that a check mark appears in the left-hand column.
2. Click View Selected Document(s).
3. The Document Viewer opens to allow you to view the record for each selected row.
4. Click the Addendum icon in the document browser to add an addendum to a record. The addendum appears as a page in the record..

Double-click the blue provider name to see information about that provider.
