Care Provider/Facility Signup

Welcome! Thank you for joining our breakthrough, patient-focused MedKaz® System.

The MedKaz System keeps you fully informed about your patients' health and provides total interoperability with their other providers, even during power or internet outages. It contains your patients' records from all their providers - their Lifetime Health Record - and empowers you to deliver better care, improve outcomes, and materially reduce the cost of care. It is free to you to use. When you register as a MedKaz Provider, you will be paid each time you upload your notes to our MedKaz Server and use your patient's MedKaz during an encounter.

You use your patient's MedKaz alongside your EMR system to streamline your workflow and deliver better, coordinated, lower-cost care. For security purposes, you plug it into a standalone computer, not your EMR system.
  • At the start of each visit, it saves you several minutes getting up to speed and identifying his issues.
  • During the visit, you can instantly search its contents to avoid costly medical errors and unnecessary visits, tests and procedures which would materially increase his cost of care.
  • At the end of the visit, you enter your notes in your EMR system, not on his MedKaz, and send a copy to our MedKaz Server for processing and distribution.
As a Registered Provider, your only "cost" will be to provide a standalone computer in your exam rooms. To estimate how much new revenue MedKaz will generate for your practice and your return on investment in exam-room computers, you can model your practice on our Value Calculator.

To register, complete the appropriate signup page for provider or facility. Then click "I Agree" and enter your PIN on the signup page. This will entitle you to be paid for using your patient's MedKaz. We also urge you to read our Privacy Policy statement so you understand our commitment to MedKaz subscribers.

If you choose to be a Guest Provider and not register, click "No Thanks" below. You still will be able to use your patient's MedKaz but you'll not be paid for doing so, or for uploading copies of your progress notes to our MedKaz Server when your patient instructs you to do so - which you are required to do by HIPAA and the 21st Century Cures Act.
